Board & Border assembles what each state's board of nursing publishes about licensure by endorsement and mobility between states, one page per jurisdiction, with the Nurse Licensure Compact's own materials on a page of their own. Every claim on every page is a verbatim quotation from a captured, dated source, or a plainly stated absence.

The method is mechanical on purpose. Sources are captured as full text with the source's own date and the retrieval date. Pages quote those captures word for word — extraction artifacts included — and a checker verifies before publication that every quotation, phone number, email address, and hostname on a page appears in its captured sources, and that no advisory language appears anywhere outside quotation. Where a board publishes nothing on a question, the page records the absence and what was searched, because an absence you know about is worth more than a guess.

The boundaries are the product. The pages determine nothing about any application, calculate no totals, and predict no outcomes. Amounts and dates are quoted from the sources. Corrections are welcome, on the record, at hello@fieldassembly.net.
